💰 Refund & Return Policy – 3D Ridal Studio

At 3D Ridal Studio, we ensure every product is carefully checked before shipping. Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

✅ Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • If the product is damaged during delivery.

  • If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • If you simply don’t like the product after delivery.

  • If the product is used or tampered with.

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Process

  • To claim a refund/replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will either replace the product or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
